Lauren Bacall has great style
Firstly thank you so much to the delightful Alex at Odd socks and Pretty Frocks for tagging me. Alex's blog is full of all sorts of interesting things and great bargains and I love her sense of humour.
What's your favourite fashion accessory
It has to be shoes! I also love shrugs, stoles and anything dramatic you can wear on your shoulders.
A few pairs of my shoes
Who's your fashion role model?
There are lots of people whose style I admire - Bianca Jagger, Lauren Bacall, Katharine Hepburn and Talitha Getty are a few of them. I also love the style of Italian Vogue's Giovanna Bataglia and French stylists Emmanuelle Alt and Catherine Baba. And I'll always have a soft spot for Kate Moss.

I love Giovanna Bataglia's style... and those shoes with the tights are gorgeous!
What do you always carry with you?
iPhone, cash, keys, celery salt (you never know when you'll need an emergency Bloody Mary), Eve Lom Kiss Mix lip balm - I never leave the house without it.
How would you describe your style?
Glamorous. I wish I could do dressed down but I can't seem to manage it. I'm always overdressed. My friends would be very surprised if I ever turned up wearing something casual. And they like a laugh.
One of my fluffy things from my 'Show you my wardrobe' posts
What's your favourite? Jeans, sunglasses or heels?
I love sunglasses AND heels. I'm thinking of buying some jeans again after a twenty year break from wearing them. I used to live in jeans and dressy tops. I have no idea which jeans to buy now so I shall be asking your advice when I do.
These are the last sunglasses I bought - the only thing in the last year not from Ebay. I only wore them twice so they went to a better home
What inspired you to blog about fashion?
I don't think my blog is a fashion blog. I started blogging because I'd done a little interview with one of my best friends Phoebe Arnold. The interview was supposed to be for someone else but I didn't give it to them in the end and wanted to post it somewhere. I called the blog Fashion's Most Wanted because I'd just done a shoot of the same name and couldn't believe no one had used it already.
I intended to interview people that were "in fashion" rather than the blog actually be about fashion. The blog evolved naturally and I love to post about all sorts - clothes, models, photographers, art, books, going out - anything and everything I want to share with you.
What is your favourite fashion store?
I don't really go shopping anymore. I go too mental in shops. I tend to buy most of my clothes from Ebay or quirky little vintage and secondhand shops. I can keep a lid on myself better online. In a shop it's all too much!
Antik Batik blouse £50 and Damaris knickers £30, Ebay
What is your favourite fabric in clothing?
Silk or cashmere. My favourite things to lounge around in are silk kaftans, pyjama's or dressing gowns and cashmere socks as I almost always have cold feet. You can buy them all for a steal on Ebay and they all wash on delicate at 30 degrees so no extra dry cleaning bills. Mine are shocking as it is.
Lauren Bacall - you can't beat a silk dressing gown
Who are your favourite designers?
John Galliano, Giles, Jean Paul Gaultier, Vivienne Westwood, Prada, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Thierry Mugler and Mrs Jones for something fantastical and showstopping. There are always lots of pieces I love from other designers every season too.
Jean Paul Gaultier - I'd love a coat like this
Who or what inspires your style?
Old hollywood movies. Vintage YSL, Halston and Ossie Clark. Studio 54.
Would you choose to buy something high quality or make it yourself if you could?
I can't sew a button on myself, so I would get my best friend designer Mrs Jones to make me something fabulous. We went shopping the other day and found some amazing printed silk. A gorgeous one-off dress in that would be wonderful.

Ooh thank you, I shall have to get my thinking cloche on!
Fantastic role model picks - Giovanna looks fab in every picture I see of her, and Lauren Bacall and Katherine Hepburn are eternally inspiring for being so totally self-assured and no nonsense whilst also completely feminine and glamorous.
I know I've said it before, but I love your Tamara de Lempicka. Even your art is glamorous!
Ahh, thanks missus! I can't wait to click through the other links (although I know most of them!)

honoured!! I've risen to the challange..........although not sure how you tag on so to speak......lack of IT skills somewhat un-fashionable!!
You certainly are glamorous, you don't own a t-shirt and haven't worn jeans for 20 years. I'm the complete opposite, I wish I could do dressed up!
Thanks for tagging me.
